The Publix Survey does not provide cash payment choices.
You must be a legitimate citizen in order to enter the cities of Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, or Georgia.
There may be only one entry per survey code.
Personnel are not permitted to take part in the Publix survey.
Affiliate employees are not permitted to participate in the survey.
You don’t have to make any purchases in order to participate in the online survey at publixsurvey.com.
